The Full Story
Since being established in 2015, Grovelands Business Park has been committed to providing modern spacious office space. From the ruins of agricultural buildings the first phase of offices were completed in 2016.
The second phase started in spring 2019 to convert the remaining derelict buildings and completed summer 2021.
Striving to become carbon neutral work has commenced in 2023 constructing the Grovelands Solar Farm

Grovelands is a vibrant, busy business hub on the East Haddon fringe, attracting diverse business alike. Much of its success is owed to the flexibility and adaptability of its buildings, which have been creatively used and adapted for a mix of business over the years. This 3rd phase aims to preserve the unique character that has made this area so special whilst accommodating the demand for commercial premises.

The Business Park enjoys a peaceful rural setting whilst offering excellent transport links to nearby Northampton and Crick M1. Long Buckby Station is only a 10 minute drive away. Situated near the village of East Haddon the business park has far reaching views over the Brington Valley.
